This figure shows the mean transmurality detected with MS-325 as a percentage of the transmurality previously detected with the extracellular CA (LGE). The columns show the results grouped for different degrees of transmurality with extracellular CA. Transmurality at 𝑡 1 was underestimated with MS-325 independent of transmurality, while transmurality of 25–50% at 𝑡 2 (107%) and transmurality of 25–50% and 50–75% at 𝑡 3 were overestimated (129% and 103%, resp.) using MS-325.
