Results of alignment of the nucleotide (a) and amino acid (b) sequences of the fragment of tufB-gene of cells (1) and EMVs (2) of A. laidlawii PG8 as well as amplicon (3) obtained as a result of PCR with primers for detection of the nucleotide sequence of tufB-gene of A. laidlawii PG8 when DNA of plants grown in EMVs-containing medium was used as a matrix.
