Genetic Diversity and Population Differentiation of the Causal Agent of Citrus Black Spot in Brazil

<table>Genetic relationships inferred by ITS1-5.8S-ITS2 DNA sequence from isolates obtained in fruits from different plants with CBS symptoms of Conchal/SP. It can be verified that all isolates show high similarity to each other and with the <i>G. citricarpa</i> sequence obtained in GenBank. High divergence was found with the obtained isolates and GenBank sequences. The nearest sequence to <i>G. citricarpa</i> belongs to <i>P. spinarum</i>.</table>
