Relative invasiveness of JEG-3 cells upon ERK1/2 inhibition and stimulation with LIF. JEG-3 cells were seeded on Matrigel-coated transwell chambers in presence or absence of 10 nM U0126 and 10 ng/mL LIF as indicated. Relative invasion was assessed after 24 h as described in materials and methods and measured as absorbance at 630 nm.
