mRNA levels of selected genes involved in heart development in noninduced and induced P19CL6 cells. RNA was extracted from the different P19CL6 cell lines after growth in GM (uninduced, U) and DM (induced, I) for 14 days, then subjected to qPCR. The mRNA expression levels were normalised to GAPDH. Values for mock transfected (Mock) clones #1, 2, 3 represent combined results for these three cell lines.
