Axial MIP (a) and posteroanterior view VR (b) CT angiography images show a right PCA with fetal origin in a 42-year-old man. The P1 segment of the right PCA is agenetic, and there is a well-developed right PCoA that supplies the P2 and distal segments of the right PCA. The P1 segment of the left PCA is patent, and there is a thin calibrated left PCoA.
