Bioactivity of (RGD)₃-tTF. (a) Clotting time. The clotting time of (RGD)₃-tTF was similar to that of TF but significantly higher than that of RGD; there was no significant difference between (RGD)₃-tTF and TF (*𝑃<0.05,  **𝑃<0.01). (b) Factor X (FX) activation. At 1 μmol/L or higher concentration, the activation FX by (RGD)₃-tTF is comparable to that of free TF but significantly higher than that of RGD (*𝑃<0.05, **𝑃<0.01). (c) Specific binding to 𝛼_𝑣𝛽₃. (RGD)₃-tTF binding with 𝛼_𝑣𝛽₃ was significantly higher than that of RGD and TF (𝑃<0.01), and RGD binding with 𝛼_𝑣𝛽₃ was significantly stronger than that of TF (*𝑃<0.05,  **𝑃<0.01).
