CI/fractional effect curves show CIs versus the fraction of cells affected by simultaneous drugs combination treatment as calculated by median drug effect analysis using CalcuSyn software in Huh7 (a) and HepG2 (b) cells. CI values (black dots) are always below 1 indicating a strong synergistic effect. The points above the line represent the maximum drugs concentration used to extrapolate the data using CalcuSyn software.
