Assay for CRTAase. GST activity was assayed by the method of Habig et al., 1974 [72]. The extent of inhibition of GST activity under the conditions of assay was considered proportional to CRTAase activity. The unit of CRTAase activity was expressed in terms of percentage inhibition of GST activity [12].
