Effects of different medium on the vegetative growth of seedling-derived cuttings (Sc_s) of Olea europaea L. subsp. europaea var. sylvestris after 45 days of in vitro culture. MSZ_2.5 MSZ₅ = Murashige and Shoog medium + 2.5 mg/L (11.5 µM) and 5 mg/L (23 µM) trans-zeatin, respectively; ORZ_2.5 ORZ_2.5; olive medium + 2.5 mg/L (11.5 µM) and 5 mg/L (23 µM) trans-zeatin, respectively. Means with common letters are not significantly different at 𝑃≤0.05, according to Turkey’s Honestly Significant Difference (HSD) test.
