Erlenmeyer flasks with 15 g of autoclaved peanuts cultivar IAC caiapó inoculated with (a) negative control, only 5 mL of 0.1% Tween 80; (b) S. boulardii (2.5 mL at 108 cells/mL plus 2.5 mL of 0.1% Tween 80), (c) S. cerevisiae UFMG 905 (2.5 mL a 108 cells/mL plus 2.5 mL of 0.1% Tween 80), (d) L. delbrueckii UFV H2b20 (2.5 mL at 108 cells/mL plus 2.5 mL of 0.1% Tween 80) incubated at 30°C for 330 days.
