Clinical characteristics of Dog 5 at start of the treatment (D0), 6 weeks after D0, and 12 weeks after treatment are shown in Figures 2(a), 2(b), and 2(c), respectively. Progressive changes in disease severity were seen in the 12-week trial period. The dog was treated continuously after the completion of the trial. Clinical symptoms improved 18 weeks after D0 (Figure 2(d)).
