Jagdish Prasad Sharma graduated in electrical engineering from the M.B.M. Engineering College (First Government Engineering College of Rajasthan), Jodhpur, India. He received his M.Tech. degree in power systems from Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur, India. Presently, he is working as an Assistant Professor in the Institute of Engineering and Technology at JK Lakshmipat University, Jaipur, India. He has also submitted his Ph.D. degree thesis to the Electrical Engineering Department at Mewar University, Chittorgarh, India. He is an Academician and Researcher having about 12 years of academic and industry experience. His research interests include distribution, system integration of renewable energy sources, smart grid, and modeling and simulation. He received Best Paper Award Certificate for “Application of Solid State Fault Current Limiter on Express Feeder for Voltage Sag Mitigation” in 2014 IEEE International Conference on Computational Intelligence and Computing Research, Dec. 18–20, 2014. Mr. Sharma is a Reviewer of the Electric Power Components and Systems (Taylor & Francis) and Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clear Energy (Springer) and Member of Technical Program Committee for the IEEE International Conference.
