Luis-Alfonso Arráez-Aybar

Luis-Alfonso Arráez-Aybar serves as a Professor of anatomy and human embryology at the Complutense University of Madrid, Madrid, Spain, and a Board Member of the Spanish Anatomical Society. He acts as an Associate Editor of the European Journal of Anatomy. He received his M.D. (1986) and Ph.D. degrees (1991) from the Faculty of Medicine, Complutense University of Madrid. Arráez-Aybar first worked as a medical Doctor in occupational medicine and then became an Anatomist. His research interests include gross and clinical anatomy, head and neck, and cerebral vascularisation. Moreover, he is interested in education related research and in the history of anatomy in Spain.
