Pascal Millet

Pascal Millet obtained the Ph.D. degree from the Université Pierre et Marie Curie in Paris, France. He is involved in malaria research projects since 1981 in the field of vaccines, drug development, and implementation in African countries. He works as a Scientist at the Center for Disease Control, Atlanta, USA, and as an Associate Professor at Emory University School of medicine between 1987 and 1993. He served as the Head of the Parasitology Research Department at the Centre International de Recherche Médicale, Franceville, Gabon, between 1994 and 1997. Currently, he serves as an Associate Professor of parasitology and tropical medicine, University Victor Segalen Bordeaux, as a Hospital Biologist, and a European Coordinator for the Erasmus Mundus tropEd Master in International Health since 2008.
