Currently, he is a Professor of chemistry and biochemistry of foods and wine at the Department of Chemistry, University of Ioannina, Ioannina, Greece. His areas of expertise include dairy chemistry and biochemistry, wine chemistry and biochemistry, and antioxidant activities in foods.
