Shemer Keydar

Shemer Keydar received his B.S. degree in physics, M.S. degree in geophysics, and Ph.D. degree in geophysics from Tel-Aviv University, Israel, in 1980, 1988, and 1994, respectively. From 1995 to 2002, he was a Senior Research Geophysicist, R&D group, GII, and from 2002 to 2007, he was the Head of the R&D group, Geophysical Projects Division, GII. Since 2007, he has been a Senior Geophysicist, Geophysical Projects Division, GII. Since 1996, he has been a Reviewer of manuscripts for Geophysics, Geophysical Prospecting, Journal of Geophysics and Engineering, and Journal of Applied Geophysics. Moreover, he is a Member of the Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG) and the European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers (EAGE). His areas of professional interest are imaging, inversion problem, and shallow seismic software development.
