Manijeh Razeghi

Manijeh Razeghi received the Docteur d'État ès Sciences Physiques degree at the Université de Paris, Paris, France in 1980. From 1986 to 1991, she was the Head of the Exploratory Materials Lab, Thomson-CSF, Orsay, France. Since 1991, she has been a Walter P. Murphy Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and Director, Center for Quantum Devices, Northwestern University, Evanston, Ill, USA, and since 1993 has been an Adjunct Professor, College of Optical Sciences, University of Arizona. Razeghi is an Elected Lifetime Fellow of Materials Research Society (MRS) (2008) and in 2006 received the Best Paper Award at the 25th Army Science Conference, Orlando, Fla, USA.
