Raimondo Luzzi received the M.S. degree (with honors) and Ph.D. degree in electronic engineering from the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, Italy, in 1998 and 2003, respectively. In 1998, he was with the Electronic Engineering Department, University of Rome “La Sapienza”, working on cryptographic hardware design. In 2002, he joined Infineon Technologies, Microelectronic Design Center Graz, Austria, where he is currently a Senior Staff Engineer at the Security and Chipcard IC’s Department. His research interests are in analog and mixed-signal circuit design, with special emphasis on hardware for cryptographic applications.
