Siyuan Zheng

Siyuan Zheng received his Ph.D. degree in bioinformatics from the Shanghai Institutes for Biological Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences. After graduation, he moved to Vanderbilt University. Currently, he serves as a Research Fellow at the Department of Bioinformatics and Computational Biology at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Zheng’s research interest is mainly in cancer genomics, including microarray analysis, copy number data analysis, network analysis, and next generation sequencing analysis. Zheng is affiliated with The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) project and is specially interested in glioblastoma multiforme research.
