(3) To explore the pathogenesis of AD. I have reported several additional AD susceptibility genes and loci in Han Chinese populations, such as CLU, CR1, beta2-adrenergic receptor gene, TLR2, TLR4, IL-18, IL-33, and explored new therapeutic strategies designed to modulating autophagy, regulating neuroinflammation or miRNA for the prevention and treatment of AD.
