Marc R. Roussel

Marc R. Roussel earned a B.S. (Hons) degree in chemical physics from Queen's University in Kingston, Canada, in 1988, and M.S. (1990) and Ph.D. (1994) degrees in physical chemistry from the University of Toronto, where he studied with S. J. Fraser. He was an NSERC Postdoctoral Fellow from 1994 to1995 at the Center for Nonlinear Dynamics in Physiology and Medicine at McGill University, under the supervision of M. C. Mackey. Since 1995, he has been a Faculty Member at the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, University of Lethbridge, rising through the academic ranks to become a Professor in 2005. The main focus of his research is biochemical kinetics. He has diverse interests which encompass both differential equation models and stochastic kinetics.
