Yilmaz Simsek

Yilmaz Simsek has taught mathematics at Çukurova University, Sariçam, Turkey (1988-1993), Mersin University, Mersin, Turkey (1993-2005), and Akdeniz University, Antalya, Turkey, since 2005. His courses include all undergraduate mathematics courses, calculus, statistics and probability, real analysis, measure theory, and complex analysis. The courses he taught include graduate mathematics courses (Ph.D. and M.S. courses), theory of elliptic functions, theory of modular forms, theory of modular group, theory of theta functions, functional analysis, complex analysis, p-adic analysis, and p-adic L-functions. Current Research Interests include real and complex analysis, special functions, real and complex analysis, special functions, fractional calculus and its applications, integral equations and transforms, q-series and q-analysis, analytic number theory, p-adic analysis, and modular form and elliptic functions. Simsek was a referee in about 60 international mathematical journals. He has membership in about 12 the international mathematical journals. There are about 117 papers of his one have been published in the International mathematical journals; he also participated in about 50 international conferences, workshops, and symposiums.
