Aramati B. M. Reddy

Aramati B. Reddy received his Ph.D. degree from the University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad, India, in 2003, and then he received his postdoctoral training at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA, USA, for 2 years. He later moved to the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, TX, USA, as a Research Scientist. Reddy currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Animal Sciences, School of Life Sciences, University of Hyderabad, India. He has excellent experience in ocular complications such as glaucoma and inflammation related complications such as sepsis and uveitis. His current research interests include cell signaling, gene regulation, and identification of drug targets for candidate gene(s) targeting specific pathological disorders using in vitro and in vivo models. Reddy has published more than 30 peer-reviewed research articles.
