Eulalia Martínez

Eulalia Martínez obtained a degree in mathematical sciences from the Universitat de València, Valencia, Spain, and she is Full Professor at the Superior Technical School of Telecommunication Engineers of the Universitat Politècnica de València, Valencia, Spain. She is a Member of one of the research groups of the Institute for Multidisciplinary Mathematics. She obtained the Ph.D. degree with the project Introduction of Penalties and Forbidden Turns in the Problems of Routes by Arcs on Mixed Graphs that gave rise to different publications in operational research. Her current line of research is focused on numerical analysis; in the study of iterative methods to approximate solutions of equations and nonlinear systems, she has published different papers designing new iterative models and establishing local and semilocal convergence results; dynamical studies of iterative methods are also included in the aims of her papers.
