Jerome Roncalli

Jerome Roncalli, M.D., Ph.D., completed his medical research training in Feinberg Cardiovascular Research Institute at Northwestern University in Chicago, under Professor Douglas Losordo. He serves as an Assistant Director of the Heart Failure Unit at the Rangueil University Hospital in Toulouse, France. He also works as an Assistant Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory since 2008 and as the Delegate Medical Coordinator of the CIC in biotherapies. He is a Member of the French and the European Society of Cardiology. His major research is focused in interventional cardiology, heart failure, tissue repair/regeneration, angiogenesis/vasculogenesis, and progenitor/adult stem cells. He serves currently as a Professor of cardiology at the Purpan School of Medicine.
