Shoutian Li

Shoutian Li received a B.S. degree in chemistry from Jilin University, China in 1989 and a Ph.D. degree in chemistry in the field of nanomaterial science from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1998. From 1998 to 2003, he worked at Ethyl Petroleum Additives, Inc. as a Scientist. In 2003, he joined Cabot Microelectronics Corporation as a Research Scientist. His main areas of expertise include nanoparticles, lubricant rheology, and chemical-mechanical planarization (CMP). He is an Active Member of Electrochemical Society.
