Frank Feyerabend

Frank Feyerabend studied biology (Marburg, Germany) and did his Ph.D. degree on tissue engineering of cartilage (Hamburg, Germany). Afterwards, he started a postdoc in the Helmholtz-Zentrum Geesthacht, Germany, on modification of titanium implants. During this time, he managed the laboratory and established research on magnesium as biodegradable biomaterial, which is now the main focus of his work. He is a (co)author of 21 publications and one book chapter and has two patents.
