Go KAWAMURA received his M.S. degree in Materials Science and Engineering in 2006, and Ph.D. degree in Materials Science and Engineering in 2009, all from Nagoya Institute of Technology, Aichi, Japan. On April of 2009, he joined the faculty of Toyohashi University of Technology, as an assistant professor of Materials Science Department. Since April of 2010, he has worked for the faculty of Toyohashi University of Technology, as an assistant professor of Electrical and Electronic Information Engineering Department. His present research interests focus on the fabrication of dimension- and direction-controlled noble metal nanoparticles dispersed on inorganic mesoporous matrix to use in high-functional optical devices such as a polarizing filter and an optical switching. Also, he is interested in synthesizing inorganic-organic hybrid materials to use in hologram recording medium.
