Ram Shringar Rao has received his B.E. degree (computer science and engineering) from G. B. Pant Engineering College, Pauri Garhwal, India, and M.Tech. degree (information technology) from Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences, Allahabad, India, in 2000 and 2005, respectively. He has obtained his Ph.D. degree (computer science and technology) from School of Computer and Systems Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India, in 2011. He is currently working as Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Ambedkar Institute of Advanced Communication Technologies and Research, GGSIP University, New Delhi, India. He has almost 13 years of teaching and research experience. His current research interest includes mobile ad hoc networks and vehicular ad hoc networks. Dr. Raw has published papers in international journals and conferences including IEEE, Springer, Inderscience, American Institute of Physics, and AIRCC.
