In (a), the S100B mice shown significantly ( ) elevated S100B in CA3 stratum radiatum, the hilus, and molecular layers of the dentate gyrus. There is also a trend towards significance in CA1 stratum radiatum. In (b), all of these regions are significantly elevated ( ; ) at the 28 week time point.
