Colors correspond to the phenotypes analyzed in this study: green = green phenotype; blue = blue phenotype; black = Heckel phenotype; yellow = abacaxi phenotype; red = brown phenotype; pink = Xingu clade. Localities 13/14 and 18 contained the “abacaxi” and “brown” phenotypes and the “Heckel” and “brown” phenotypes, respectively.
