Effects of DHMEQ on the radiosensitivity of GBM cell lines. Single cells were pretreated with 10 μg/mL for 24 h and irradiated with 2, 4, and 6 Gy. After 7 days survival fractions were calculated. Dose enhancement rate (DER) >1 denotes a supraadditive effect. § Colony formation capacity was completely abolished after combined treatment.
