The survival rates of BALB/c mice after triple intracutaneous immunization with the DNA vaccines pcDNA-A30L, pcDNA-F8L, or pcDNA-M1R and intraperitoneal challenge with ectromelia virus strain K1 at a dose of 10 LD50. 30–32 mice in each group were challenged 3 weeks after the last immunization.
