(b) Performance using compressed and encrypted real-world sequences based on execution times in Table 3. The speed-up was calculated dividing the time that real-world sequences took with 1 core in Table 1 by their corresponding times in Table 3. In both plots, theoretical values correspond to a speed-up that equals the number of cores used.
