PFS and OS according to gender in the subgroup of patients with a BMI between 18.5 and 25: females had a longer OS ( , median OS 97 months versus NR for men and women, resp., HR = 1.427, 95% CI (1.038–1.962)) and PFS ( , median PFS 64.8 months versus 118.3 for men and women, resp., HR = 1.32, 95% CI (1.00–1.74)) than males.
