SSF profile of 1% (w v−1) mixed MAA and organosolv pretreated wild grass (Achnatherum hymenoides) using statistically designed Taguchi optimized fermentation process parameters, namely, recombinant cellulase (GH5), recombinant hemicellulase (GH43) along with S. cerevisiae, C. shehatae, pH, and temperature, at bioreactor level showing variation of (●) cell OD measured at 600 nm, (▲) ethanol concentration (g L−1), (▼) reducing sugar (g L−1), and (○) specific activity (U mg−1) of GH5 cellulase with time (h).
