The invariance of a closed and convex set under a semigroup <mml:math alttext="$S(t)$" xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><mml:mrow><mml:mi>S</mml:mi><mml:mrow><mml:mo>(</mml:mo><mml:mi>t</mml:mi><mml:mo>)</mml:mo></mml:mrow></mml:mrow></mml:math> associated with a nonlinear form is investigated. Other properties of increase and domination 
of the semigroup <mml:math alttext="$S(t)$" xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><mml:mrow><mml:mi>S</mml:mi><mml:mrow><mml:mo>(</mml:mo><mml:mi>t</mml:mi><mml:mo>)</mml:mo></mml:mrow></mml:mrow></mml:math> are also derived. Examples are also given to demonstrate the power of the theoretical results.
