Tables 1 and 2 contain detailed information regarding gene name, accession number, gene length, ENC, CAI, and GC% values of the coding sequences of Bemisia tabaci and Homalodisca coagulata. Tables 3 and 4 show the overall nucleotide composition and the codon 3rd position nucleotide composition in two species. Tables 5 and 6 represent the more frequently used and less frequently used codons in two species. Tables 7 and 8 show the amino acid composition of the gene products in Bemisia tabaci and Homalodisca coagulata.
