Supplementary Table 1: List of significantly differentiated probesets. ANOVA analysis between fold changes in expression of ApoE knockout and wild type mice, in three different ages, yielded a list of 1033 significantly differentiated probesets.

Supplementary Table 2: Kegg pathways based analysis. The list of 852 significantly altered genes was submitted to StRAnGER analysis, elucidating over-represented Kegg terms. Kegg term P value represents the hypergeometric test P value score for each Kegg term. Enrichment represents the ratio of the number of times a Kegg term occurs in the 852 gene list to the number of times this term exists in the list of the Affymetrix 430 2.0 array.
