Synthesis of 4 after the coprecipitation of 3 followed by thermal decomposition (Balz-Schiemann) to give 4. Compound 5 is made by reducing 4 in Zn/NH4OH [7] (m.p. = 141–142.5°C, Lit. [7] m.p. = 142°C).
