N-P method	Solution: NaOH (0.57%)/PVA (2%)	Soak in NaOH and PVA for 1 day, respectively, and then air-dry (at room temperature)
H method	Solution: H2SO4 (5%)	Soak in H2SO4 for1 day, and then air-dry (at room temperature)
