Steps

Prepare 3 sets of horizontal fresh concrete (0.4 m width × 0.3 m height × 0.1 m depth)

Cure 3 sets of concrete by air, IoT device, and hand, respectively

Measure and record initial concrete temperature and surface dampness

Observe and record the initial appearance of concrete surface

Observe and record the concrete surface bleed water every 10 minutes; at the same time, measure the temperature and surface dampness until it reaches final set (225 minutes after placing)

Measure the surface dampness and temperature of 3 sets of samples as they just reach final set
