Bosonic Spectral Function and the Electron-Phonon Interaction in HTSC Cuprates

Figure 2

Magnetic spectral function I m 𝜒 ( ) ( 𝐤 , 𝜔 ) in the normal state of Y B a 2 C u 3 O 6 + 𝑥 at 𝑇 = 1 0 0 K and at 𝑄 = ( 𝜋 , 𝜋 ) . 1 0 0 counts in the vertical scale correspond to 𝜒 ( ) m a x 3 5 0 𝜇 2 𝐵 / e V . The superconducting critical temperature 𝑇 𝑐 ( 𝑥 ) by increasing doping ( 𝑥 ) from the underdoped system with 𝑥 = 0 . 5 (top) to the optimally doped one with 𝑥 = 0 . 9 7 (bottom): 𝑇 𝑐 ( 𝑥 ) = 4 5 K ( 𝑥 = 0 . 5 ), 8 5 K ( 𝑥 = 0 . 8 3 ), 9 1 K ( 𝑥 = 0 . 9 2 ), and 9 2 . 5 K ( 𝑥 = 0 . 9 7 ).
