Unprecedented Integral-Free Debye Temperature Formulas: Sample Applications to Heat Capacities of ZnSe and ZnTe
Table 6
The 8 lowest-order expansion coefficients, , implied by the unprecedented high-capacity (high-temperature) -series expansion, (A.11), for the conventional Debye function, (A.1). The same expansion coefficients, , apply also the analogous -series expansion, (A.15), for the Debye-like component, (A.13), of the low-energy TA phonon section of the lattice heat capacity. With respect to the latter we give here also the set of the 8 lowest-order expansion coefficients, , which are implied by the analogous -series expansion, (A.23), for the associated non-Debye heat capacity component, (A.17).
