Cross-presentation of fixed OVA is less efficient than native OVA. Graded doses of native and fixed-OVA as indicated were pulsed onto DC2.4 cells for three hours. The cells were then fixed and incubated with OTI-CD8+ T cells for 48 hours. The production of secreted IFNγ by the T cells was evaluated by ELISA. **; ***.
