HSP70 and HSP90 Differentially Regulate Translocation of Extracellular Antigen to the Cytosol for Cross-Presentation

Cross-presentation of fixed OVA is less efficient than native OVA. Graded doses of native and fixed-OVA as indicated were pulsed onto DC2.4 cells for three hours. The cells were then fixed and incubated with OTI-CD8⁺ T cells for 48 hours. The production of secreted IFNγ by the T cells was evaluated by ELISA. **𝑃<0.01; ***𝑃<0.001. The results were confirmed in at least two independent experiments.
