HSP70 inhibitor does not block translocation of OVA to the cytosol following internalization. (a) 0.5 mg/mL AF647-labeled OVA was pulsed onto PKH67-labeled DC2.4 cells for 5 minutes, washed and subjected to ImageStream analysis. DC2.4 cells were treated with the indicated inhibitors (10 M) 15 minutes prior to and during the five-minute incubation with OVA. The cells were washed and subjected to ImageStream analysis.
