Standard curves and IC50 values for cell lines ± drug treatment. Plots represent nonlinear regression standard curves and IC50 values of ara-C, CNDAC, and mitoxantrone for HL-60 (top) and THP-1 (bottom) cells as determined by Alamar Blue assay. Cells were drug-treated for 3 days and absorbance readings-taken 8 hours after addition of Alamar Blue. Inhibition (%) of drugs was calculated from reduction (%) of Alamar Blue. Experiments were run three times, in triplicate each time. Representative plots from one experiment are shown.
