Eta Prime Gluonic Contribution to the Nucleon Self-Energy in an Effective Theory

Table 1

Self-energy of a nucleon, , arising due to its interactions with the topological charge density in monopole, dipole, exponential, and sharp cutoff schemes as a function of regulator scale Λ. - mixing angle θ is taken as −18.5°. In dipole and exponential regularizations, in the tadpole diagram the form factor (which appears at each vertex in the self-energy diagram), or , has been used. Numerical values of Λ and are in GeV unit.
