Raman scattering analysis of the CZTS using different PVP contents in their synthesis. Spectra (a) to (c) are ordered from higher to lower content of PVP used during synthesis of the source powders, the PVP content being (a) 0.964 g, (b) 0.640 g, and (c) 0.324 g. Characteristic kesterite Raman peak positions are indicated on top, as well as experimental values resulted from Gaussian analysis.
